Little Seed‘s roasting process aims to enhance the flavor of each coffee, while still being accessible to both coffee connoisseurs and those new to the world of specialty beans.

Let’s talk FLAVOR PROFILES:

• El Progresso is from Colombia and tastes of kiwi, orange blossom, and chocolate creemee.
• Kanzu Community Lot is a washed process bean from Karambi, Rwanda. A Bourbon varietal with hints of lemon-lime soda, earl gray, and croissant.
• Los Quispe is grown in Peru and boasts hints of elderflower, honeysuckle, and delicate plum.
• Todos Santos is grown in Todos Santos, Guatemala by women producers. It tastes of salted pineapples, churros, and melted chocolate.
• Kayon Mountain Farm comes from Ethiopia and has hints of Meyer lemon, blueberry pie, lavender tea, and maple syrup.
• DECAF Finca Santa Isabel is a delightful decaf with flavors of peanut butter, brownie, and fig.
